Bourne is a small, one-form entry school that makes a big impact. We are a vibrant, dynamic school with endless possibilities, where children positively thrive to achieve their potential. Our approach to teaching and learning, focuses on the children at the centre of everything we do. We nurture their development through our ‘Values Based Approach’ that grows them into enthusiastic, motivated, global citizens of the future. As a result, our children are a real asset to Bourne and the wider community.

Outdoor learning is an essential ingredient in Bourne’s exciting curriculum. We are fortunate to have beautiful surroundings and superb facilities, such as a ‘Hobbit House’, a garden area and a fantastic Forest School. All of which, ensure that children can explore the world around them outside of the classroom.

Wrap around care is available to parents and carers with our breakfast club and after school club, should you need childcare beyond the normal school day hours. Children can also sign up for a wide variety of sports and leisure clubs, that work alongside their academic achievements to enrich their time with us.
